Aloe vera in the kitchen

It is important to mention that the amount consumed should not exceed 100 ml per day, whether in juice or pulp form.

In the kitchen, chefs who have already dared to use this new ingredient usually use it for:

  • Create different sauces.
  • Replace flour in gluten-free dishes.
  • As a key ingredient in salad vinaigrettes or even to add a different touch to the most innovative cocktails and smoothies.

Shall we try it now in your kitchen? Here is a recipe you will love...

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium tomatoes
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 large cups of white rice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • Black olives
  • Aloe vera gel
  • Mayonnaise and mustard
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Once the rice is cooked, chop the bell pepper and olives. Then, mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add a large spoonful of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Next, include some aloe vera gel suitable for human consumption, which we will have previously mashed in a mortar. Once the filling is made, place it inside the hollowed-out tomatoes and season again with a little olive oil and your favorite spices.
