Our experience at Alimentaria 2024: the leading international event for all professionals in the food industry

Last week we returned to Alimentaria & Hostelco in Barcelona, the unmissable meeting point for professionals in the food, beverage, and food service industry from Spain and beyond our borders.

Without a doubt, Alimentaria is the leading international event in the food sector with the greatest drawing power thanks to its attractive offer, based on the sector’s key markets and consumption trends. This major event brings together the main players in the sector and buyers from strategic countries for the export of the food industry.

Our participation has been alongside the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and under the brand Alimentos de España, in the Pavilion of Spanish organic producers, which has an increasingly important presence at this type of event.

The rise of the organic food market makes this event an important attraction hub for both the industry and organized distribution, who find here the best opportunities to showcase and identify the latest innovations and trends in this type of product.

We have been able to continue showcasing what we do in food with the best organic aloe vera: aloe vera juice in brick format, premium aloe vera juice with pulp, aloe vera cubes, and the always surprising Limoncello and VeraGin with aloe vera cubes inside.

Those who have come to meet us and try them agree in highlighting the surprising flavor, the product’s functionality, the quality of the raw materials and presentation, and the originality of the whole.

Additionally, the pavilion of Spanish organic producers also awards the The Organic Market & Trends Award, which recognizes the organic product with the greatest national and international projection, in which we participated by exhibiting our organic aloe vera juice in brick format and our aloe vera cubes, surprising the public with their exceptional quality.

For us, it has been a new opportunity to bring our Aloe Vera Las Coronas project to the world and surprise the public with the food uses of aloe vera and its infinite health benefits, beyond its better-known cosmetic uses.

Besides being an important showcase for our products, it offers the chance to observe and closely understand how consumption habits are changing, so we can stay alert to any signals that guide us to improve what we offer our customers every day.
