Aloe Vera and Honey Juice Recipe, a Natural Remedy for Menstrual Pain

Aloe vera is characterized by its thick leaves and inner gel. As you already know, it is a plant with healing properties used in countless cosmetic and pharmaceutical products such as astringents, anticoagulants, antiseptics, and analgesics. It is recommended to apply it on bruises, sprains, or muscle pain, and it relieves the pain of uterine contractions.

ALOE VERA AND HONEY JUICE

A very convenient way to take aloe vera is in juice form. Taking one tablespoon diluted in water 3 times a day, always before meals, helps you feel better both inside and out. If you add a touch of honey, even better.

An interesting property of aloe for women is its ability to reduce menstrual pain. Aloe vera juice contains anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce lower abdominal pain during menstruation. Organic honey, on the other hand, is a rich source of properties that help relieve menstrual cramps.
