Benefits
Benefits
There are numerous therapeutic uses of rosemary essential oil, but the most common are those related to scalp care, the treatment of muscle ailments, and its applications in aromatherapy.
In scalp care: rosemary essential oil activates blood circulation in the scalp, stimulating hair growth. It also regulates sebum production, prevents hair loss, and fights dandruff.
In the treatment of muscle and joint ailments: it reduces inflammation, relieves, and diminishes pain.
In its applications in aromatherapy: its fresh scent, reminiscent of a walk through the countryside, is stimulating and helps to clear nasal passages, contributes to reducing stress, and improves concentration and mood. It is ideal for scenting spaces when we feel apathy and fatigue.
How to use it
How to use it
You can enjoy the benefits of our Rosemary Essential Oil in the following ways:
For the skin: as with other essential oils, due to its high concentration, it is important not to apply it directly to the skin, but to dilute it in other oils or moisturizing creams. You will surely love it!
In a diffuser or humidifier: it can be used alone or mixed with other oils, always following the instructions of your device, but always mixed with water.
On the hair: its application is simple. You can add a few drops (between 3-5) of rosemary essential oil to our organic aloe vera shampoo and wash the scalp, or mix those drops of rosemary oil with a vegetable oil like coconut or almond oil. Once mixed, apply the mixture from mid-lengths to ends as a mask, and leave it on for a couple of hours. Then, wash with your usual shampoo. You will love the result.
